Cancellation & Refund Policy

Delivery, Cancellation and Refund

• No refund shall be processed on the order of any reports under any circumstances if the order has reached the “processing” stage (i.e. assigned to a Panditji, Vastu expert, astrologer advisor or online teacher). The risk and liability of placing an order in haste lies with the User.
• No refund shall be processed once an order has been placed and executed. However, if the User intends to cancel a successfully placed order before execution, the User must contact the customer care team within 1 (one) hour of making the payment, whereafter a refund is entirely at the discretion of the Website.
• Any technical delay or glitch reported during the processing of the request (including the generation of reports by the service provider) shall not be eligible for a refund. Timelines are approximate.
• No refund shall be processed where incorrect information or data has been provided by the User. The User can request a change in the incorrect information provided the request is made with customer care within 1 (one) hour of execution of the service.
• No refund shall be processed for the return of any damaged product. The User is fully responsible for any damage caused to the product post-delivery. For “Cash on Delivery” orders that are returned, the User shall be charged the cost of the product plus applicable shipping/custom/courier charges.
• Refund on a pro-rata basis may be considered for any delay in the activation of subscription services; any damage caused to a product in transit shall be dealt with by the Website and its agencies.
• Display pictures of products are for reference purposes only; the Website will try to deliver the product in an as-is condition as displayed. No refund shall be issued on such grounds.
• Services and products are strictly not meant to replace any philosophical, emotional or medical treatment. The Website holds no responsibility about the reality or reliability of astrological effects. No refund shall be issued on such grounds.
• No refund shall be processed for providing a wrong contact number for the “Call with Astrologer” feature. The User must keep the contact number in a full-coverage area and answer the call when received. No refund shall be processed for any call which gets connected.
• Refunds, if any, shall be processed after deduction of the transaction charges levied by the Bank and/or the Payment Gateway, the cost of shipping and/or courier charges, customs duty (if levied) and any other charges incurred during processing and/or delivery.

Duplicate / Multiple Payments

In case the Website or the Payment Gateway's webpage is experiencing server-related issues such as ‘slowdown’, ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall — before initiating a second payment — check whether their bank account has been debited:

• If the bank account appears to be debited, do not make the payment twice, and immediately contact customer care to confirm payment.
• If the bank account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction.

Refunds for multiple payments against the same order shall be refunded in full without deduction of transaction charges. The Website shall retain only the cost of one single order.

Orders the Website Cannot Accept

The Website reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including non-availability of the service, inaccuracy, or error in pricing information. If a User's order is cancelled after charges have been paid, the amount paid for booking shall be refunded.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method or to your Namastepanditji wallet, as applicable, after the deductions described above. Refund timelines depend on your bank and payment provider. For any refund request or query, please contact customer care within the applicable time window.
